If Josh Kennedy is The Fridge and Mitch Brown is The Mack Truck, Nic Naitanui is a fucking Transformer.

my friends we have a game winner. he has that x factor, every time he gets near the ball, you just don't know what to expect.

Cambell brown was really trying to get at him in that last qtr and NNN shooed him off like a fly. AWESOME

I just remember having a grin from ear to ear after watching him play for WA against NSW/ACT in front of a 1000 strong crowd last year, first time seeing him play live at a decent venue - every time he goes near the ball the atmosphere becomes electric.

I loved that more than anything

1.) NN kicks two goals in five minutes and sets up another to win the game for his team.
2.) Hawthorn puts Campbell Brown on NN. Shoves him a few times.

That'll learn him.

Whenever he appears, the crowd go mad.

That last quarter really was something special.

Returned from the game with a grin from ear to ear. First time my voice was coarse from shouting since the 2006 Grand Final. Brown tried to intimidate Naitanui in the 4th quarter but Naitanui treated him with contempt and gave him a football lesson. Naitanui definitely has the X factor.
I just hopr that this game is going to br repeated on Ten's one HD tomorrow morning so that I can watch the 4th quarter again.

I am not going to sleep tonight until someone uploads those clips.

And then I am going to watch them. And then after some time has elapsed...I am going to go to bed :)

I liked that tackle in the last quarter. He's now had his first taste of blood. I want pure carnage from now on. Ripping, crushing, tearing, hurting tackles that devastate and destroy.

There will be blood.

I don't think we've talked enough about that third goal- I thought the first one was GOTY material, but the third one, fugger me- came from absolutely nowhere, got a fingertip to the ball, and it was already as good as in the book. I don't think people realise just how fucking surreal it is having multiple players running after a 200cm ruckman, in the wet, with the ball on the deck in front of him, and having said ruckman take the ball off the deck turn on the jets and accelerate away fom the suckers.

He could redefine this game.
