I think I'm right in saying the category only refers to where the player was sourced from. As far as playing rules go its same for category A & B rookies - so if the club doesn't have a full quota of veterans or someone goes on the LTI list, any rookie list player can be elevated. I may stand corrected on it but reasonably sure that's the story.
Re: 2022 : Trade -:- Delist -:- RetireJudging by emotional response, most of the new pick-ups seemed happy. Ginbey seemed over joyed. Mackenzie to the hawks seemed the happiest. Phillipou seemed quite disappointed. But I guess he is going to st kilda. Its like being trained as a chef and getting a job at MacDonald's. Barnett seemed happy too. The essendon guy looked scared.
