This is the last round before we see future rounds (up to R12) played over a five day period.
The Bulldogs had a good win over the GC last night, but there are some potentially good games this round.
The GF replay will see how GWS perform after pressure on the team and the coach. They're clearly under-performing at the moment and will head to Perth for a block of games later in the season. Richmond, although leaving several senior players at home and injuries to others, have managed to eek out some wins through performances of their lesser-lights.
Melbourne have found some form on the back of confidence, Jack Viney and Christian Petracca. Gawn is in outstanding form, but I fancy Brisbane in this one.
St Kilda will come to earth against Port at the Adelaide Oval, Essendon will carry on their merry way against a plucky Adelaide and I fancy Carlton to beat a hapless North Melbourne, Hawthorn will get back onto the winners list (and media criticism) with a win over Sydney and I can't see an under-manned Dockers beating a Geelong even without Selwood, Ablett and probably Duncan.
The better teams are starting to find their way to the upper end of the ladder now and a win over Collingwood will put us right into the frame. A loss on the other hand, will see us slide down the chasing pack with a lot of work to do.
